Justice Gardens is partnering with organizations all around the country in order to create a movement of food-growers who are willing to engage in and work toward eradicating the inequalities of our food system.
We're working toward getting fresh produce into the hands of families who traditionally haven't had access to the harvest of a healthy sustainable food system. We're asking you and those families to work with Justice Gardens and our partner organizations in your own community, to expand the slow-food movement to those who need it most.
The culture of food in this country is starving for a revolution, a revitalization, and a reorientation toward what we eat, how we eat, where we get it, how it’s grown, and who gets the good stuff.
Justice Gardens is currently an all-volunteer organization begun in 2008.
Plant a garden. Grow sustainably. Eat good food. Give a lot of it away.
